SWEAT FUSION

Focuses on increasing stamina and endurance through cardiovascular conditioning and endurance-based workouts. Full body integration will maximize caloric burn and bring out the athlete within.

Power Circuit

Challenges the body with conditioning circuit that includes, power based movements, a mix of plyometric exercises , maximal cardio output, resistance training and core exercises. Designed to get the body lean and cut in a fast paced HIIT workout.

EPIC Strong​

Sessions composed of compound exercises with detailed attention to technique and form that focuses on improving strength, power and muscle mass.

Ultra

Is the workout, that tests your limits to the max. A combination of metabolic, strength, power and endurance drills will summon the warrior within. This workout challenges and pushes fitness levels to the max. EPOC (the AfterBurn Effect) will be churning all day

The Align Studio is your sanctuary for mindful movement at Club PKL. This serene, light-filled space is dedicated to practices like yoga, Pilates, barre, and mobility—designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find balance both physically and mentally.

Whether you’re stretching it out after a game, resetting your posture, or grounding your day with breathwork, Align Studio invites you to slow down, reconnect, and move with purpose.

BARRE

A dynamic fusion of ballet inspired movements using bands, balls and light weights that challenge the entire body. Sculpt, pulse and tone while improving flexibility, posture, and core strength

Pilates

Strengthen and lengthen muscles with controlled movements. Improve core strength, flexibility, and posture through a series of low-impact exercises emphasizing alignment and breath, using a variety of props

Yoga

A practice aimed at integrating the mind, body and spirit. Focuses on breathing control, meditation, posture improvement, relaxation and stress reduction

Stretch​

Focus on improving flexibility and range of motion through a series of guided stretches. Reduce muscle tension and reduce risk of injuries through both static and dynamic stretching techniques. Enhance your mobility, relax your mind and recharge your soul

Hooked on fitness since her first aerobics class at 16, I have spent 30+ years teaching and coaching across strength, cardio, mobility, and flexibility. Certified through YMCA, McGill, CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, and more, she empowers clients of all ages and stages with adaptable, motivating workouts. Outside the studio, she enjoys cycling, hiking, and family time.

Inspired by my mom’s 30+ years of teaching, I bring energy, connection, and care to every class. Outside the studio, I enjoy traveling, outdoor adventures, cooking, and home renovation projects.

Certified in Reformer & Mat Pilates, Barre, and Health Coaching, I bring 3 years of experience leading group and private classes, plus wellness events.
